Don’t bother
After Getir shut down in Uk, I see the same future for Gopuff. Absolute disgrace. Tiny items, overpriced, rude drivers that cannot figure how the gps works otherwise I can’t seem to understand how it’s so hard to find a house on a big road in Cardiff. The drivers also expect you to go to them collect the orders. On my last order the delivery time changed FOUR TIMES!!!!!! With the excuse that drivers are busy with backlog orders. Don’t think so. Mine was in the same spot for 20 minutes probably having dinner at home. Never againnnnnnn!!!

I was waiting 3 hours and kept checking…
I was waiting 3 hours and kept checking the site under My Account. It kept saying I would receive my order any minute...and then they cancelled it!! This was after they insisted I had sought Pick up, and I had to cancel that! So I ordered again, but most of the stuff I ordered was GONE. Terrible selection. They are always sold out of everything too

Atrocious customer service, expensive and not good enough
Their customer service is SHOCKING. I was charged twice for a membership in under 24 hours. I asked for help and my frustration was met with "I'm sorry you feel that way, contact your bank and have a nice day" and they ended the chat. I wasn't being a Karen and i absolutely i wasn't rude and as you can see from my profile, I'm not one to write bad reviews. I was a frustrated customer who was charged £5.49 twice. That had been the 3rd message they'd sent and the one before they closed the chat without giving me the opportunity to speak. The other 2 times i reached out to CS asking for help because their points system didn't work for me, they told me they'd investigate and get back to me and never did. There are better and cheaper services like Tesco's Whoosh or UberEATS (especially if you already pay for Uber One. You'll also find a better diversity of products and MUCH better price. Edit to address the comment below: You guys posted the exact same comment two days ago on my Google Play review. I followed up with an email and guess what, no replies. Shocker.

So my first order was a bit bad as they…
So my first order was a bit bad as they would not refund the missing items however, when publishing it on here I received a lovely email and refund, I took this as a kind gesture and continued to shop with them, so give I had ordered twice after that, I today I ordered items and one product (little moons arrived squashed, as well as this I was missing two other items, boots I then contacted someone called claudette and she asked for the pictures of the little moons damaged, I I sent her the pictures and she still didn't believe me! I mean how can a picture lie? She said I'm not eligible for a refund, that's the last time I waste my money on them,

PROMO Code No Good
Got a promo code sent, via text, for 20% off delivers for beer and bourbon. Followed the link, but the code was not working. Spent 45 mins “chatting” with Customer service, only to be told: “…I have read over your previous messages and it was mentioned alcohol was being ordered. Unfortunately due to laws and regulations, credits/ discounts do not apply to alcohol or tobacco products due to laws and regulations.” The only option I had was to purchase alcohol. STAY AWAY. Reps could do nothing to help and on top of this you have pay $95.88 a year to be conned into ordering from their service. Do yourself a favor, save the subscription money, and the headache and find other services, or just go grab it yourself.

This place sucks they give expired…
This place sucks they give expired items, the wrong items entirely, and overprice them at that. I got some extra items for a party I was setting up for and they gave me all the wrong stuff only offered a 5.00 credit and I couldn’t even use that unless I had a subtotal of 17.95 which is way larger than my original purchase was lol this place is an overpriced scam please give money elsewhere! They suck so much! Not to mention the expired items I’ve gotten in the past NEVER GOT TAKEN CARE OF. Nope.

Very poor customer service
I signed up today for the first time and placed an order that offered a $20 discount -- basically a 2-for-1. I filled in the order form incorrectly and was sent only one of each. I called customer service and the rude message was: "It's your mistake. Too bad." I was offered a $5 credit, but when I went to their site the credit was not available. There's nowhere to write to complain. VERY DISAPPOINTING. See the note below. I responed to them by email as requested, but, 10 days later, no response to the email Terrible!

I unsubscribed almost a year ago and still continue to be charged 5.49 a month, even after completely deleting my account. Extremely shady app that i urge anyone to stay away from

Called a liar from supervisor - missing items from order
Yesterday, my GoPuff order was missing 4 items - totalling £9.85. I filed a missing items ticket after which a customer support assistant tells me they can do nothing to help. Eventually escalated to their supervisor who effectively calls me a liar. Fortunately, I have no reason or need to attempt to "steal" food items from GoPuff by falsely stating items were missing from my order. So, I have essentially paid £9.85 to GoPuff, for items that were not delivered for NOTHING. This is tantamount to theft. Supervisor then did not reply to further emails. Absolutely shocking. Thought it was a great service until this experience. Be aware - you're in a lottery if things are missing from your order - and likely to not get refunded / credited if they are. Would not recommend to anyone anymore!

Promo code for $10 off only functioned…
Promo code for $10 off only functioned once, not for 10 times as promised. (This was the same month, mind you.) Customer Serivce is terrible and hasn’t gotten back to me days later. Plus, I feel like I was charged for Fam a day before my trial should have ended, and the customer service person I ‘spoke’ to online felt like I was talking to an AI, and didn’t address my concern at all.

Horrible Customer Service!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If it was possible to give a rating below 1 star I would in a heartbeat. Earlier tonight, I placed with GoPuff. The treatment I've received thus far has been abysmal. Both the in-app support team and Jay (the supposed customer service supervisor). After contacting them with an abundance of evidence as to why I couldn't have received my order, I continued to be faced with dismissal and below-par customer service. They continued to claim that my TEENAGE WHITE son had collected my order. I've informed them multiple times that this is impossible since I am only 22 y/o and a dark-skinned black African. Even going as far as to provide photographs of my passport and my property. I'm beyond shocked by GoPuff's lack of professionalism and rude behaviour. The unwillingness to do the bare minimum and look at my emails would indiscriminately disprove their supposed 'management review'. I will NEVER use GoPuff app again and would urge other to avoid it at all cost.

This has to be the most unprofessional…
This has to be the most unprofessional company I’ve ever seen. The Boca warehouse is in the back end of a panel shop. Signage is scribbled on a piece of paper. You can see open shelves with scattered items. Would never use a company operating like this.

Don't waste your time downloading this app, try instacart instead. I placed an order and when I received my order, i had one item missing. I attempted to contact the customer service center, by following the directions to identify help icon from the main page. I clicked on help icon, and it gave a series of selections, but wouldn't allow me to click on my specific issue. Instead I clicked next. At the end, it gave a long paragraph about all of the issues I could have resolved, and I was unable to identify the issue I was having. I believe Go Puff knows its a scam now, that is why they are no longer allowing contact with customer service by phone. I am so grateful, I didn't chose a large selection of things. I am erasing the app from my phone, its a scam.
